About the Course
Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 who wishes to operate certain vessels on the public waterways of Texas. See Water Safety Act for details. Boating courses are taught by TPWD Boater Education certified instructors, US Coast Guard Auxiliary and game wardens. With more and more people enjoying the lakes and rivers every year, it's important, for everyone, that boaters educate themselves on boating skills and seamanship. FUN TIME, SUMMER TIME! COST: $26 per person ($21-Active Military) Bring Cash or Check only. NO ATM on site NO Debt/credit card accepted.

Own or want to rent a boat in Texas? It's the law! This boating course is taught by US Coast Guard Aux certified instructors. Most insurance give a discount for taking the course.
