ADVANCED HUNTER EDUCATION COURSE

Course will be held at Amarillo Rifle and Pistol Club, on North Western.  Course will run six weeks each Tuesday night starting starting at 6:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m. We will do a optional Field Day on Sat April 28th. This is a very " Hands On" course and the length of the course allows the students to learn much a great deal more than a one evening course. The Field Day starts about 11 a.m and we do a compass course as well as a distance estimation set up. We shoot bow and crossbow as well as .20ga shotgun on "Rabbit Birds", as well as .22 rifle. We also do a "Shoot Don't Shoot Course" with 22 different stages as well as sound effects. The Field Day isn't mandatory to pass the course as long as the student doesn't miss more than one night session. Instructors:  Bill McCubbin, Wayne Ellis, Tom King. Contact number is Wayne Ellis 806-681-4004.
