About the Course
Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 who wishes to operate certain vessels on the public waterways of Texas. See Water Safety Act for details. Boating courses are taught by TPWD Boater Education certified instructors, US Coast Guard Auxiliary and game wardens. With more and more people enjoying the lakes and rivers every year, it's important, for everyone, that boaters educate themselves on boating skills and seamanship. Class will be 8 hour course divided by 2 sessions at BOW 10/01/2022. Class cost $10.00 payment due at class time, pre-registration is required prior to class. At the end of this course and test you will be certified in Boaters Education. You will be provided a link at the end of the course so you can print your Boaters Education card ( these will not be printed at BOW)
