About the Course

Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 who wishes to operate certain vessels on the public waterways of Texas. See Water Safety Act for details. Boating courses are taught by TPWD Boater Education certified instructors, US Coast Guard Auxiliary and game wardens. With more and more people enjoying the lakes and rivers every year, it's important, for everyone, that boaters educate themselves on boating skills and seamanship. All classes are a minimum of six hours. More questions? Check our FAQ page.
This is our Outdoor Adventures Boating Education Course for Bailey JH. This course will be taught over a 3 -4 week period from September 14th to TBD (Any day from October 5th -October 9th). The Boater Education Certification course cost $10. I have already asked every student that can to donate money to our activity funds for our Outdoor Adventures class. I will use these donations to cover the cost of the students taking their Boater Certification Test. Please make sure that you sign up for the course as soon as you can so that I can gather the appropriate materials needed.
