Prospective students and ESPECIALLY PARENTS should see details about this "home study completion course" on the "Other Courses" page at www.DentonCountySports.com. Students MUST PRE-REGISTER AND PAY ALL FEES IN ADVANCE at www.DentonCountySports.com in order to be assured of having a slot (or slots) in any given class. Total cost per student is $49.04 (and up to one sit-in parent at no cost). Due to generally having several sit-in parents in our SMALL classes, the number of "Open" seats showing on the TPWD web site software is NOT necessarily going to be accurate for any given "Field Day" date at DCSA. It is imperative that BEFORE registering with TPWD, the student (and if applicable, sit in parent) pre-register on the Denton County Sports Association website. The Eventbrite software on the Denton County Sports Association (DCSA) web site will (1) promptly e-mail a confirming "ticket" (or tickets) to present upon arrival at the "Field Day" and (2) will STOP accepting students or sit-in parent registrations when any given class date reaches maximum capacity.  With up to 10 students, the class hours will be from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m.  If 12 or more students, this class will be likely split into 2 relays around 3:00 p.m.  The first relay should should still be completed around 5:30. The second relay will get a break and complete their final portions of the class (shooting, testing and skills trail) from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
